The Personal Trainers of Charlotte, North Carolina

Charlotte deserves the best, and we work hard to deliver just that. Trainer hours are the number of hours a trainer will spend with you at your workouts, but it's not out of sight, out of mind. We will be devising and revising your program continuously, based on the results of your assessments, which we take periodically to monitor your progress. There's no reason to put it off any longer. A personal trainer will give you a free session, with no obligations.

Should you choose to hire us, these are the packages we offer. Four personal trainer packages are available from Premier Fitness Training. Personal trainer packages include fitness assessment, program design, and corresponding training hours. Below you will find a brief description of each package. Three sessions a week is the optimal amount, although we have had clients who have gotten good results with two. We recommend that all of our clients have at least two sessions a week. A trainer can discuss these packages with you in greater detail. Please contact us via our personal trainer contact page.

Packages:

Starter Package: $74.00 Per Session

Trainer hours: six. This starter package is meant for those who wish to sample our personal training services without making a long-term commitment. While we have had clients who have made noticeable strides within this small window, it is not typical. Generally, it takes a few weeks for the affects of the training to show, and for our clients to adjust their habits. If you are happy with your initial consultation it is advised to go with a higher package. Total cost: $444.

Intermediate Package: $69.00 Per Session

Trainer hours: twelve. The intermediate package is the package that offers a compromise between having enough training hours to see results and cost. Twelve sessions three times a week will last a month. Typically, a client will begin to look and feel better at this juncture. Getting in better shape for that wedding, reunion, or vacation coming up? This package may be ideal for you as well. Total cost: $828.

Standard Package: $64.00 Per Session

Trainer hours: twenty-four. This is our standard personal trainer package, and it is our most popular. You will have at least two months of training with a Long Island fitness professional. After the first few weeks of training, the results of the diet and strength training really begin to shine through. Spouses and co-workers often notice these changes as well, many times even before the clients themselves. Total cost: $1536.

Extended Package: $59.00 Per Session

Trainer hours: thirty-six. Even training with a trainer three times a week, this package will last three months. The reason that this is significant is that the typical timeframe for an individual to meet most or all of their fitness goals is 12-14 weeks. This, of course, varies by individual and how significant their goals are, but 12-14 weeks is enough time for anyone to make many positive changes to their body. Total cost: $2124.
